We are a family business established in 2011 bringing the names of our three children into the business name Kayleigh, Elliott & Francesca. KEF Properties.

We started our portfolio way back in 2012 when we acquired Percival Lane Business Park. The site is a true gem and has been the ideal site for the budding entrepreneur or just a convenient location for some extra storage. With our easy-in easy-out approach it makes it one of our most flexible ways to take on a new venture/unit.

Our next site acquired was at the Borders Industrial Estate, River Lane, Saltney, Chester there are six modern, well equipped storage/manufacturing facilities, all at a truly great location.

We then purchased the Coppi Industrial Estate. This site was used solely as a manufacturing site up until 2014, we then converted the site into twelve high standard commercial units. It is also home to one of our serviced office blocks.

Our most recent conversion was the Rennet Works Cellar Serviced Offices. Once home to our partner business J C Dyke Supplies, the building is now let to another local company. In the cellar we have eight units and these are a mixture of fully serviced offices and storage units.

We pride ourselves on our service, offering some of the best and most affordable offices and storage facilities around.
